Intumescent Paint
Forming part of our offering to clients, we supply and apply thin film intumescent coatings from major manufacturers, offering decorative finishes that provide 30-120 minutes of fire protection. All applications undergo in-house Quality Assurance inspections and Dry Film Thickness (DFT) checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and FIRAS third-party accreditation requirements.
Minimising Environmental Impact: We apply both solvent and water-based paints, prioritising water-based options whenever possible to limit the release of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and minimise our environmental impact.
Intumescent coatings not only protect and preserve the structural integrity of a building but also save lives in the event of a fire.
Fibre Spray
Although fibre spray is no longer a commonly used material in new builds, there are often requirements to repair and/or maintain existing installations/applications. We are one of the few companies with the capability and spray equipment to carry out this work.
We are approved applicators of Promat fibre sprays and often hold these products in stock avoiding long lead in times for repairs.
Cementitious Spray
We supply and apply cementitious and gypsum vermiculite sprays, providing up to 240 minutes of fire protection for structural steel and concrete frames/slabs. In addition, we own and maintain the latest electric and petrol-powered spray pumps which enables us to facilitate projects of all size.
We are approved applicators of Promat products, an industry leader in passive fire protection.
Board
Under current regulations, fire resistance for a building’s steelwork is compulsory. When coatings aren’t feasible, we offer expert recommendations on cost-effective boarding solutions.
Our skilled technicians specialise in installing a diverse range of boards sourced from top manufacturers like Promat, British Gypsum, Rockwool, and Knauf. This allows us to tailor solutions to meet varying project needs and client preferences while showcasing our versatility and expertise.
