Health and Safety is never far from the minds of construction management. Yet, no matter how much preparation, training and supervision is put in, the awareness and efforts of workers is always the frontline defence.
It was heartwarming, therefore, to see Golden Thread Fire Delay’s site operative Giorgi Khaniashvili receiving a health and safety award from our client Wates.
Giorgi joined Golden Thread in early 2023 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. His line manager Deividas Jocys noted that Giorgi has a very proactive attitude to health and safety, showing particular leadership where risk assessments and PPE are concerned.
As part of the award, Giorgi received £50 worth of Amazon vouchers. Well earned Giorgi!
